Michael Schrader

Michael is a psychology graduate from CWU who has dedicated his career to supporting underserved communities. With over a decade of experience working with teens to achieve independent living and shared community, he has now set his sights on addressing homelessness with CoLEAD to provide housing and build systems for effective case management to improve the experience of participants’ long-term stability. Michael’s passion for using psychology as well as his lived experience to support marginalized populations has led to meaningful change in the lives of those he works with.
