Fashion Designer Sophia Luchianni turned CoLEAD Participant Support Specialist.
As the pandemic hit, Sophia did what she could do by creating masks for Nordstrom Flagship store 1 where she was a Tailor and Seamstress. As they cut back on hours and things were closing, Sophia decided to travel. Witnessing the growing homeless populations around the USA inspired her to do more and be more. She started volunteering and working with the Census in 2020. Sophia then found RebLX in the summer of 2022 which is a collaborator with CoLead and PDA. Here, she learned a lot and found a career she is passionate about and started climbing the ladder. Currently Sophia is living her dream as a Participant Support Specialist with CoLead. Sophia’s goal in the coming years is to take the CoLead model to other smaller cities that need these services.
