Charles “Chip” Quinn

Participant Support Specialist Supervisor, CoLEAD
Charles "Chip" Quinn

Born and raised under the shadow of Philadelphia, along the banks of the Delaware River, Chip now calls the PNW home.  Having earned his Masters in Social Welfare from the University of WA Chip has been working within the field for over 10 years.

Chip is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) with a commitment to harm reduction and person-led approaches towards care.  Along with a passion for trauma-informed work he has a commitment to racial equity, and the dismantling of oppressive social systems that perpetuate white supremacy. Bringing experience as a therapist, a social worker, a supervisor, an instructor, treatment director, and writer, Chip brings varied experiences to his position with CoLEAD.

As a Seattle Sounders supporter, free-time is spent creating the living atmosphere of that experience on gamedays with other like-minded fanatics. Bouldering, creative writing, painting, studying history, and the pleasure of pursuing new hobbies are the focus of Chip’s self-care.
