Morgan Webb (she/her) is the Recovery Navigator Program Coordinator for the Snohomish County LEAD Program. Morgan is passionate about using her lived experiences to help her unhoused neighbors exit homelessness, stop cycling through the justice system, and find their unique paths to recovery. Morgan is a harm reductionist, continually working to fight the stigma that often surrounds that concept. Her work as a Recovery Navigator includes creative outreach activities, tabling at community events to raise awareness, connecting folks to resources, and case management.
Morgan is a Certified Peer Counselor, a Certified Recovery Coach, and she holds an Interdisciplinary Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology from the University of Washington.
Outside of work Morgan enjoys spending time with her two wonderful children, thrift store shopping, and finding new creative outlets. Morgan is thankful to work for an organization that values its employees, and makes space for them to continue growing, learning, and thriving.
