Noah Gotz

Noah Gotz is an IT Systems Administrator at PDA.

Noah specializes in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure that empowers teams to work efficiently and reliably. His focus is on reducing friction across systems, whether through optimizing cloud architecture, streamlining server environments, or improving day-to-day operations. He thrives on solving complex technical challenges and aligning technology with business goals.

The first 15 years of Noah’s career were spent in the nonprofit sector, where he developed a strong appreciation for mission-driven work. He continues to be passionate about supporting organizations that make a meaningful impact and is happy to return to the sector.

With over 25 years of experience as an IT consultant to small and medium-sized businesses, Noah has developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and constraints these organizations face. His work spans a wide range of industries, helping clients modernize legacy systems, migrate to cloud platforms, and build resilient IT strategies. He holds certifications from both Microsoft and Amazon, with a strong emphasis on server infrastructure and cloud architecture.

Outside of work, Noah is a dad, a record collector, and a banjo enthusiast – still figuring out how to play it, one string at a time. He enjoys spending time with his kids, digging through dusty crates for vinyl treasures, and exploring the intersection of analog and digital worlds.
