Rachel Boot is the Operations Manager for PDA.
Rachel has 12 years of comprehensive experience in medical administration and management working with active-duty military and veterans, behavioral mental health, and rehabilitation. Rachel’s passion for helping people with dementia and hospice care started at the young age of 15. After college, Rachel started her career in social work/case management working closely with the Department of Developmental Disabilities and the State of Washington case management division. Throughout the progression of her career, Rachel transitioned from clinical work to medical administration and management. Her passion for helping people brought her to PDA in October 2022.
Outside of her work with PDA, Rachel is currently studying Human Resources Management and Business Administration. She enjoys exploring all the adventures Washington has to offer while spending time with her family and their two dogs.
