Tiana Pereira was born and raised on the island of O‘ahu, Hawai‘i. She attended Gonzaga University and received a BA in Psychology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. Before law school, Tiana worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician, addressing the needs of students on the autism spectrum, which motivated her decision to pursue a legal career to tackle broader systemic issues.
During law school, Tiana gained practical experience through various internships and was involved in several student organizations, including the Moot Court Board, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and co-founded the Pacific Islander Law Student Association. Tiana is excited to join PDA and work in a community that is committed to enacting systemic change.
