Zac is a Buffalo, NY native and graduated from the University at Buffalo with a BA in Psychology in 2019.
Zac has experience in intensive case management and care coordination with individuals experiencing homelessness and individuals with severe, persistent mental illness. At Matt Urban Homeless Outreach, Zac was a Street Outreach Case Manager where he provided case management and service linkages to people experiencing street homelessness with the ultimate goal of housing. Zac was also part of Spectrum Health and Human Services Assertive Community Treatment Team in Erie County as a Program Assistant, and ACT Niagara County as a Vocational Specialist. ACT provides outpatient mental health treatment and intensive case management to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. As a vocational specialist, Zac specifically helped participants with their vocational and educational goals related to their individualized treatment plans.
At PDA, Zac hopes to continue learning new strategies and techniques to assist individuals experiencing homelessness while helping them achieve their goals.
